From the early age he had a natural inclination to food innovation and experiment with recipes. As For his early career years he strived in professional world  and made his mark in the international market while working with leaders from Real Estate Industry from different parts of the world for good 7 years and gradually moved to Hospitality Industry following his inner calling.

His Passion to challenge the unattended brought him closer to working with some of the Heavyweight Titans in the Hospitality and started working as  Business Head and Country Head for Group of Companies which not only nourished but brought the lost Chef Curator to life and made him what he is today “A Self-Taught Food Curator”.

& it was Amidst Pandemic that he decided to step down from the board and assist hospitality industry with more stringent hygiene & Professional practices to aid the catering industry as his independent practice and business. Merge Foods Pvt Ltd was brought to life in July 2021 with an aim to aid and assist small businesses to pivot correctly in those unprecedented times.

It Started as a consulting agency to food brands to organise the business for the upcoming new standard of catering , However the market resisted the change, and it soon  came to his realisation that leader responds to Examples, and so Merge Foods Consulting became Merge Foods Catering with an aim of setting new organised and professional standards for catering industry
